We are looking to hire a part-time Spa Receptionist who is outgoing, reliable, and coachable. At FFC high-quality customer service is a must! You will provide an inviting, clean, and safe environment for all visitors while staying true to FFC’s core values. You’ll also join a compassionate and diverse team that prides itself on building relationships and creating value by helping others.
Required Shifts: Evenings 3-9p, and occasional fill in weekend shifts
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet members by name and with a smile
Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and workers
Maintain cleanliness of the spa’s front desk, shop and tanning areas (if applicable)
Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly in a professional manner
Maintain constant communication with spa staff regarding appointment bookings
Book appointments and take payment upon completion of applicable service(s)
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance cash register at the close of each shift
Connect with clients via phone for reminder and confirmation calls
Serve as an expert on Recovery Lounge products and services
Educating clients on the Recovery Lounge services, including medical benefits and precautions
Respond to members’ questions and concerns as needed
Provide additional support to the other departments as needed
