BODYROK and Our Trainers have earned the reputation for delivering some of the most challenging and comprehensive workouts in California, and we're excited to introduce our concept to NYC. We combine our proprietary Hybrid Pilates Method taught on custom-built reformers and deliver one of the best 45-minute full-body workouts our clients have ever had. Our trainers are mic'd up, high-energy instructors, teaching to heart-pumping music, in beautiful studios. They're teaching some of the quickest transitions, all in an effort to deliver the most high-intensity, low-impact workouts leaving the clients energized and sore for days.

Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music!
Excellent ability to multitask.
Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand.
Minimum 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
Ability to motivate and challenge group classes.
Great cueing, ability to communicate.
Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Teach high-intensity Pilates classes on our custom-built reformers
Provide exceptional hospitality to all BODYROK clients
Represent the BODYROK brand both inside and outside of class
Excellent ability to multitask and communicate
Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand
Follow the BODYROK teaching method
Qualifications
Attended a minimum of 20-30 BODYROK sculpt classes
Must complete 4 consecutive days of in-studio training follow by 5 weeks of in person skills training & practicing
Basic understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
Flexible teaching schedule
Can be scheduled to teach at least 2-3 days per week, 8 classes minimum
CPR and Liability Insurance (special rates and access given upon completion of training)
Preferred 1-year minimum experience instructing one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
Physical Requirements
Ability to demonstrate BODYROK method exercises and routines to clients
Assisting clients with exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness
Ability to modify exercises according to clients' fitness levels
Teach effectively and safely during all classes.
