By blending cutting-edge fitness methods with a community-first approach to create an inspiring environment where customers feel motivated, supported, and empowered. We’re looking for dynamic trainers to help us build our community from the ground up.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and energetic Personal Trainer/HIIT Instructor to lead group classes and provide 1-on-1 personal training sessions. You’ll be an integral part of launching and growing our studio, contributing to both the energy on the floor and the culture of the community. The ideal candidate is a team player with a motivating presence, a strong understanding of exercise science, and the ability to coach all fitness levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead safe, engaging, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes

    Design and deliver customized personal training sessions for individual clients

    Provide modifications and progressions to meet a variety of fitness levels

    Assist with client onboarding and fitness assessments

    Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members

    Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold brand standards

    Promote studio offerings and support member retention initiatives

    Participate in community-building events, social media content, or marketing efforts when needed

    Qualifications:

    Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, etc.) or Group Fitness Certification

    CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)

    Experience leading HIIT, strength, or circuit-based group workouts

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    High energy, professional, and team-oriented

    Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals

    Preferred:

    Previous experience in a boutique fitness or start-up environment

    Knowledge of functional training, mobility, and injury prevention

    Comfortable using technology (fitness apps, booking software, social media)
