Responsibilities include managing a team of personal trainers, creating personalized training programs for clients, and overseeing the training program budget. Responsibilities: • Drive Personal Training Revenue • Own PT sales targets through daily lead generation, conversion tracking, and proactive follow-up systems. Translate monthly revenue goals into individual trainer targets. • Coach, Develop, and Hold Trainers Accountable • Recruit, onboard, and continually coach trainers in sales conversations, session delivery, retention strategies, and professionalism. Conduct regular 1:1s to review numbers and skill gaps. • Lead Daily Floor Operations and Member Engagement • Ensure consistent staff presence and energy on the floor. Drive trainer-member interactions that lead to trial sessions, upgrades, and renewals. • Oversee Scheduling and Session Fulfillment • Manage session utilization, payroll accuracy, and trainer availability to maximize revenue per paid hour and member satisfaction. • Maintain KPI Reporting and Performance Dashboards • Track leads, consultations, conversion %, active clients, utilization, and retention weekly. Identify bottlenecks and execute corrective action plans. • Collaborate with Sales & Operations Teams • Partner with front-end membership sales to ensure smooth PT handoffs and integrated onboarding. Coordinate with Ops to maintain professional room presentation and equipment readiness. • Enforce Culture, Standards, and Compliance • Uphold VF standards for coaching, communication, and appearance. Lead by example with accountability, integrity, and visible presence during peak hours. Qualifications: • Proven Sales Leadership Experience • Minimum 2–3 years leading a personal training or fitness sales team, with a track record of exceeding monthly revenue goals. • Strong Business & Data Acumen • Comfortable interpreting KPIs (sales, utilization, retention) and converting data into clear action plans. • Certified Fitness Professional • Active nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, etc.) with deep understanding of program design and client results. • High-Level Communication & Coaching Skills • Can motivate, train, and hold others accountable while maintaining professionalism and culture alignment. • Operational & Time Management Strength • Skilled at scheduling, payroll accuracy, and balancing on-floor leadership with back-end administration. • Proactive, Ownership-Driven Mindset • Takes initiative, solves problems fast, and thrives in a fast-paced, member-centric environment. • CPR/AED Certification (Required) • Maintains all safety and emergency credentials per company policy. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
