    The Lab Vitality Club is looking for a high-performing High-Ticket Sales Representative to help qualified prospects become committed members of our premium vitality programs. We work with adults 50+ who are tired of living with pain, stiffness, weakness, low energy, and physical limitations. They come to us looking for clarity, trust, guidance, and results. Your role is to lead consultative conversations that help the right people make confident decisions. This is not aggressive, pushy selling. This is high-trust, high-empathy, high-skill sales. We are looking for someone who can build belief, handle concerns, communicate value clearly, and close premium solutions with professionalism. What Success Looks Like • High close rate with the right-fit prospects • Strong follow-up and low lead leakage • Prospects feel understood, guided, and respected • Clean handoff to the team after the sale • Revenue goals are hit without sacrificing integrity or client fit Responsibilities: • Conduct sales consultations with qualified leads in person • Follow The Lab’s proven consultation and sales process • Build trust quickly and uncover pain points, goals, urgency, and readiness for change • Present premium programs with confidence and clarity • Handle objections around price, timing, fear, and commitment with emotional intelligence • Consistently close high-value memberships and transformation programs • Follow up with prospects with speed, discipline, and professionalism • Keep CRM notes accurate and up to date • Coordinate smoothly with operations and coaching teams for clean handoffs • Track personal KPIs, including show rate, close rate, cash collected, and follow-up quality • Represent the brand with warmth, polish, urgency, and integrity Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales, consultative sales, wellness sales, fitness sales, medical sales, or luxury service sales • Proven track record of closing premium offers • Excellent listening, communication, and objection-handling skills • Strong follow-up discipline and personal accountability • High emotional intelligence and ability to read people well • Comfortable discussing health, pain points, goals, and lifestyle limitations with empathy • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines • Fluent in English; Spanish is a major plus • Strong in-person presence and professional appearance Compensation: $32,000 yearly base + commission on sales
