Our ideal candidate brings at least a year of sales experience along with a good understanding of how to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. Responsibilities: • Retain long-term clients and expand the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing great customer service • Supervise and manage studio-wide and external promotion campaigns • Handle members' issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them through exceptional customer service • Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks • Acquire leads by contacting, messaging, or emailing new potential members by engaging with them at local events or studio walk-ins • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized club environment by completing cleaning tasks and hourly club walks Qualifications: • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) are needed • Good organization and time management skills • 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends • Previous experience in customer service, fitness, or a related field preferred • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable with outreach efforts such as phone calls, emails, texting, and in-person conversations • Basic computer and administrative skills (POS systems, email, scheduling software, etc.) • Willingness to maintain a clean and organized club environment Compensation: $16.50 hourly
