Frozen Ropes is looking for the right fitness professional to partner with—not just hire.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated coach, trainer, or fitness entrepreneur to build and run your own fitness programs using our indoor and outdoor training facilities, including our Rock Fit area.

The Opportunity

This is a revenue-share partnership, not a traditional hourly position.

You will have the freedom to:

Create and run your own fitness programs

Set your own schedule

Build and manage your own client base

Utilize our indoor training space, Rock Fit area, and outdoor facilities

Grow your personal brand within an established sports performance environment

We provide the space, platform, and community—you bring the energy, expertise, and drive.

What You’ll Do

Design and lead your own group classes, training programs, or specialty sessions

Attract and manage your own clients and participants

Deliver high-quality coaching and a great client experience

Build programs that complement the Frozen Ropes training environment

Maintain a safe, professional, and motivating training atmosphere

Who This Is For
