    D1, an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up is a growing fitness facility in the Brighton area. With membership increasing every day, individuals are needed to support our daily operations. The Fitness Sales Associate will be responsible for phone and email communications, greeting and supporting member needs in facility, coordination of prospective member bookings, and outreach to prospective clientele. This is a part-time position with an expectation of approximately 15-20 work hours per week. We are particularly interested in individuals with availability in the afternoon and evenings on weeknights, and some Saturday morning or afternoon availability.

    Responsibilities

    Contribute to our welcoming, supportive atmosphere by serving as the "face of D1" when members enter the facility.

    Making outbound calls daily to prospective members with an emphasis on responsiveness and value.

    Making sure all communications with current and prospective members are logged and managed correctly.

    Provide accurate and beneficial information to members about D1 services to ensure we are providing optimal supports to meet their goals.

    Assist with daily cleaning tasks to maintain a world-class fitness environment for members.

    Willingness to contribute to other tasks as needed in support of overall facility operations.

    Preferred Qualifications

    1+ years in sales.

    1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
