This is a sales-focused role designed for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping them take the first step on their fitness journey. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own the membership sales process from first contact to close — including in-person tours, phone calls, texts, and follow-ups
Implement the studio’s sales playbook and help refine it with real-time insights
Generate leads through grassroots marketing, networking, social media outreach, and community events
Capture fun, high-energy moments (like classes, events, member milestones) for management to use on social media (stories, reels, posts, etc.)
Help execute local marketing campaigns, promotions, and pop-up events
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
Support instructors with client flow and check-ins when needed
Enforce studio policies and uphold our professional, community-first vibe
Attend team meetings and bring ideas to drive studio sales and energy
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys working toward goals, and is excited about fitness and community. You don’t need years of experience — just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
Must-haves:
Friendly, confident, and naturally outgoing
Comfortable initiating conversations in person and over the phone
Motivated, coachable, and results-driven
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Must be available a few weekday mornings (including early mornings) and at least one weekend shift
Interest in learning or prior experience with sales CRMs like ClubReady, Mindbody, or similar systems
1–2 years of fitness or membership sales experience is a plus (but not required)
College degree preferred but not required
