Job Summary
UpperKuts Boxing Club is hiring a Fitness Sales Associate. This role involves increasing our club membership numbers through member referrals, lead calls, corporate and walk-in visits. We're seeking candidates with excellent sales and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for fitness, particularly boxing. Join our team and help us build a healthier, stronger community through the power of boxing
Responsibilities
Member Interaction: Greet members, guests, and prospective members warmly upon their arrival at the club, setting a welcoming tone for their experience.
Communication Management: Efficiently handle phone inquiries, assist current members, and reach out to potential members through various communication channels, including calls, texts, and emails.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Actively engage with leads and prospective members through both digital and face-to-face meetings, pitching our unique fitness offerings and converting them into active club members.
Onboarding: Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new members, familiarizing them with our club amenities, workout routines, and boxing classes.
Problem Resolution: Proactively assist members in resolving any concerns or complaints, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and overall experience at UpperKuts Boxing Club. In this role, your dedication and passion for fitness, combined with your excellent customer service skills, will help us grow our community and elevate the UpperKuts Boxing Club experience for all members.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales; experience in the fitness or sports industry is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong ability to resolve member concerns efficiently and effectively.
Passionate about fitness and able to enthusiastically communicate its benefits to prospective members.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and effective interaction with members and potential members.
Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and track sales effectively.
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new software as required.
Highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism at all times, effectively representing our brand to the public.
