We’re looking for a motivated, team-oriented Fitness Sales Associate to support our General Manager with new membership sales, studio operations, and member retention – while delivering an exceptional in studio experience every single day.

This is more than a sales role. It’s an opportunity to be part of building a strong, welcoming community where members feel seen, supported and inspired.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs.

Explain products and services to customers

Execute the full sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing.

Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.

Conduct studio tours and build genuine rapport with prospects.

Understand each individual’s fitness goals and present the right solutions to help them succeed.

Follow up after first class visits and book future appointments.

Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, community events, etc) to promote the studio.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.

Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines

Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient studio flow.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager or Company Management.
