    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and manage the daily sales process, including calls, texts, tours, and closings

    Drive revenue through memberships, personal training, and accountability programs

    Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

    Execute outreach and marketing campaigns to strengthen community engagement

    Collaborate with ownership to create and launch new offers and promotions

    Track KPIs, analyze performance, and adjust strategy for consistent growth

    Maintain a professional, fun, and motivating atmosphere for members and staff

    Represent the club's mission, culture, and commitment to excellence

    Requirements

    Two or more years of sales or leadership experience (fitness, retail, or commission-based preferred)

    Proven record of hitting or exceeding aggressive goals

    Strong closer and communicator who leads by example

    Comfortable adapting to change and cultivating innovation

    Passionate about health, fitness, and developing others

    Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

    Compensation

    Base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses

    Revenue-Based Incentive Plan: earn a percentage of total revenue on every membership, personal training package, and upgrade sold. This is a true revenue-participation model that rewards performance like profit sharing but pays monthly based on results

    Top performers consistently earn $50,000 to $80,000 annually

    Unlimited earning potential as the club expands into new markets
