Your role will be to oversee and develop membership and personal training growth with facility tours, new member sign-ups, personal training consultations, client training and overseeing sales operations with the staff. You will use sales tools such as phone calls, texts, and in person engagement to drive interest from new and current guests and work as a trainer to fill availability gaps. You should provide an outstanding experience for guests, members, and clients not limited to great customer service and sales, effective exercise and nutritional guidance, and motivational coaching.
You must be comfortable with sales, conducting phone calls and texts, and comfortable talking with prospects and guests.
Responsibilities:
Daily:
Utilize CRM to conduct all necessary phone calls and texts to drive membership tour and assessment appointment shows
Review the personal training calendar and manage scheduling
Conduct assessments and train clients as needed
Assist the front desk as necessary with their operational needs
Conduct tours, book assessments and monitor and assist front desk with sales
Communicate to the PT department on company objectives and operations
Weekly:
Assist in ensuring CRM is being utilized correctly with notes and assignments
Track leads and consistently communicate with them
Schedule appointments with front desk staff to focus on sales training
Schedule appointments with PTs to focus on areas for improvement
Reach out to PT clients for quality control and retention
Report to leaders on results, present next week’s strategy, and receive objectives
Assist marketing with content and social media management to drive new prospects
General:
Oversee PT communication delegating needs as necessary such as ensuring clients are being serviced with time off, refunds, complaints and ensure promotions are known across the team.
Ensure PTs are following company policy and direct corrective actions with assistance from leadership
Assist in recruiting and training processes for new personal trainers
Collaborate with marketing to identify sales opportunities with promotions, in club events, social media or other avenues.
Targets:
New memberships leads are reached out to within 24 hrs
100% of appointments are confirmed (membership & PT)
50% show rate on PT appointments
70% close rate on tours, 30% on personal training sales
