First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Fitness Specialist to work at a corporate fitness center in Government Center, Boston.

As the Fitness Specialist you will:

Change members lives through safe and effective exercise programming.

Train clients and lead a variety of small group training programs.

Develop and lead a variety of group fitness classes.

Assist the Manager in operating the club and take a leadership role when the Manager is not on site.

Maintain positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service

Work full-time in a fun environment.

An enthusiasm and passion for life, fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.

Experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes.

Personal Training certification by a FFM authorized provider.

Understanding of exercise prescriptions and testing.

A commitment to providing a positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.

Experience in networking, engaging and interacting with all clients, guests and members

Proficiency in using a computer.

BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred).

CPR/AED certification

Salary Range $45,000 - $50,000 with additional earning potential through Personal Training

Schedule will vary Monday - Friday, NO Weekends
