BODY20® Aggieland is a boutique fitness studio that delivers high-efficiency, 20-minute EMS personal training sessions using FDA-cleared Electro-Muscle Stimulation technology.

Our members get powerful results in less time — and our coaches focus on coaching, not managing a gym floor.

We are growing and will be launching small group EMS classes soon, creating expanded leadership and earning opportunities for the right coach.

Job Description We are seeking an energetic and motivated Fitness Coach to deliver 1-on-1 EMS personal training sessions and assist with launching small-group training classes.

This is a part-time position with an opportunity to grow into additional hours and leadership responsibilities as we expand.

Hourly base pay plus commission and performance bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities • Lead 1-on-1 EMS personal training sessions • Assist in launching and leading small group classes • Perform InBody evaluations and track member progress • Deliver exceptional member experience • Support member retention and light sales conversations • Maintain studio standards and professionalism

Qualifications • Personal Training certification preferred • CPR/AED certification preferred • 1+ year fitness industry experience preferred • Strong communication and people skills • High energy and confidence leading individuals and groups • Sales confidence is a plus

Essential Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, coach, demonstrate exercises, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
