Modify movements and progressions appropriately based on member fitness levels, limitations, and goals
Create a motivating, welcoming, and results-driven class experience that drives long-term member retention
Provide 1:1 and semi-private personal training sessions during non-class hours
Conduct fitness consultations, InBody scans, movement assessments, and goal reviews with members
Build meaningful relationships with members and contribute to a strong community culture
Attend coach development meetings, educational workshops, and ongoing training opportunities
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment
