Responsibilities: • Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment • Track and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordingly • Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations • Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout • Customize training routines to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals while staying within their current physical capabilities Qualifications: • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certification • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Compensation: $20 hourly + Bonuses & Commissions
