    Job Description

    The CSS is motivated by identifying and solving problems on behalf of our customers. They must be able to understand the big picture while being disciplined and detail oriented with exceptional follow up. They are natural communicators with a desire to serve customers and Five Star Global. The CSS must be able to adapt and juggle many projects in different stages of completion while working in a collaborative team environment. 

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Be the "point person" for all sales enablement and execution during and after the sale is made. 

    • Be proficient in answering client or ad agency questions and RFP's both in traditional and digital media. 

    • Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations. 

    • Choreograph and conduct assessments of customer requirements and needs. 

    • Collaborate with internal departments and clients to assist in development of effective advertising campaigns, product marketing, and sales collateral. 

    • Actively maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management software) and MMS (Membership Management Software) and drive effective sales reporting. 

    • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Events and Administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of services by agreed upon deadlines. 

    • Assist in the resolution of issues related to billing and account management.

     

     

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 

    • Excellent ability to properly qualify projects to maximize an efficient sales cycle. 

    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and communication skills. 

    • Extensive background in use of Windows and Microsoft based products, including Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and Internet applications.

     

     

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • College degree strongly preferred. 

    • Two (2) years or more of client support or administrative support.
