This position primarily involves building relationships and communicating real estate investment deals to our established buyer's list via text/email/phone calls and ultimately negotiating the sale of our investment properties. The Dispositions Sales Specialist will also show properties to interested investors/buyers, as needed. This is a lucrative position - you can easily earn $100,000 a year with our team if you are average. However, if you are driven and committed to doing what it takes to succeed you can easily earn $150,000+. Responsibilities: • Market investment properties to established investors/buyers using email/texting/phone calls • Respond to all investor inquiries in a timely manner • Network and continually seek new investor buyers to add to our buyer's list • Manage a comprehensive lifecycle pipeline including communicating, educating and negotiating with real estate investors regarding available inventory • Utilize tools, and analytics, to guide pricing strategies to maximize profit and success per investment deal • Develop strong professional relationships with buyers for maximum results • Enter all relevant and detailed notes into company CRM on a daily basis, stay organized • Continually work to grow and build Rolodex of like-minded investor relationships • Negotiate and prepare real estate contracts with investors Qualifications: • Excellent written/verbal communication, along with strong organizational skills • Excellent professional networking skills • Comfortable and skilled at utilizing technology tools and software • 2+ years of sales experience required • Some type of real estate experience is required, 2+ years of real estate investing experience preferred • Real estate license, preferred, but not required • Quick learner, and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Customer service oriented, enjoys networking and meeting new people • Desire to build and maintain professional working relationships • Exceptional in long-term relationship building • Must have an advisor mentality with an engaging personality; a great listener, brings patience and confidence to the situation • Must have extremely good, refined communication skills and phone etiquette Compensation: $125,000+
