Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire disposition process from start to finish, including property analysis, marketing, negotiations, and closing   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.   • Prepare detailed reports and financial projections to support decision making • Negotiate and close deals efficiently and effectively • Stay current on market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance Qualifications: • Preferred, but not necessary: Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field • A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate disposition or a related field • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, real estate databases (investorlift, etc), and financial analysis tolls Compensation: $100,000-$125,000
