Five Star Painting of New Port Richey has been serving all of Pasco and North Pinellas Counties since 2015. We are one of the most highly reviewed painters in our territory and completed more than 1000 jobs. We are now looking to immediately expand our production team. Five Star Painting lives by a strict code of values focused on delivering the highest quality painting outcomes along with exceptional customer service. Our primary goal is a Five Star result on every job we complete.

    As our Production Manager, you are a key member of our executive team and will be responsible for successful delivery of our entire portfolio of interior and exterior paint jobs for our residential and commercial customers. You will bridge the gap between our Project Estimators, our painting crews, and our customers to ensure a seamless transition from sales to completion by conducting initial contact and project qualification, ordering all paints and coatings, conducting a scope and expectation walk through with our customers, coordinating painter's schedules, managing the project scope and quality, and conducting final project close-out and acceptance. You will be responsible for managing between 2 to 5 concurrent painting projects at all times. You will present yourself in a professional manner and uphold our commitment to outstanding painting results and exceptional customer experience.

    You are self-motivated, thrive in a fast paced environment, and are able to manage your time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven successful communication skills with our executive team, our sales professionals, our paint crews, and our customers.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Plan and manage our complete portfolio to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while meeting our clients' defined project scope and exceeding their service expectations.

    Qualify each job with customers before each job begins. Set scope expectations, confirm colors, and coordinate project walk-through

    Manage paint and incidental budgets by ordering proper quantities and minimizing waste.

    Project manage each interior and exterior paint project. Ensure on time delivery, control paint costs, manage a clean and professional job site, and ensure a quality outcome.

    Successfully close out each project and confirm customer acceptance. Collect final payment and confirm Five Star review.

    Find, attract, and hire our painting subcontractors and employee crews

    Coordinating other trades when needed....stucco repairs, carpenters, texturing, landscapers, pool screening, etc.

    Manage crew hours, payroll, and subcontractor payment

    Job Requirements:

    Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience

    History of customer service and relationship management

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Computer literate, familiar with mobile apps, estimating tools, business software and spreadsheet applications

    Professional appearance and personality

    Team player who can also work independently and remotely

    Compensation: Based on Production Delivery. Starting at $2800-$4000 per month. Bonuses can add $1000-$1500 and depend on successful execution. A company wrapped vehicle, gas card, vehicle insurance, branded shirts are included in the compensation package.
