As a Five Star Painting Sub Contractor, you are a key team member upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for many things such as arriving on time, customer communication, trade and product knowledge to name a few. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Five Star Painting has tripled its workload in the last 12 months offering competitive pay and consistent work for quality crews. We don’t focus on new construction. Mostly Residential re-paints with some commercial projects here and there. Both interior and exterior as long as the right crew has the experience.

Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
Inspects work for the highest quality
Maintains strict attention to detail when working at customer’s property
Follows all safety policies and procedures
Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and self-motivated
Quality conscious and detail-oriented
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Liability insurance required; worker’s comp strongly preferred
Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check

Drywall install or repair, texture application or repair, carpentry. Providing a current copy of your insurance in the email would be great. Our office will be contacting crews very soon to set up interviews. When we meet, you’re welcome to interview us as well.
Epoxy Garage Floor application experience is a major plus but not required.
Kitchen Cabinet Painting is a major plus but not required.
