Busy painting company in Pinellas County is hiring for a Logistics and Scheduling Specialist.Responsibilities include:· Coordinate scheduling and logistics with customers. Ensure timely scheduling of painting jobs, request and receive signed contracts, color collection, and provide answers to questions for customers.

· Act as liaison between estimators and project managers to ensure details of each project are in order.

· Schedule job with customer.

· Schedule crews and project managers for upcoming weeks.

· Provide work order with pay amounts for painters for each job each week.

· Schedule color consultants for needed projects.

· Coordinate details of projects with paint crews and production. Post information on calendar.

· Place on calendar all digital work orders and contracts for each job.

· Inform customers via email how to prepare their home for their painting project using templates.

· Order painting crew t-shirts and make sure they are distributed to each crew via project manager.

· Order yard signs and make sure they are distributed through project managers.

· Order logo-wear for all estimators and project managers. Make sure all staff is attired in Five Star Painting shirts and jackets.

· Order business cards for all employees as needed.

· Participate in weekly training meeting as needed to discuss logistics and other needs.

Capabilities we are looking for:

· High attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast-paced collegial environment

· Ability to “connect the dots” and see the interrelationship of estimating, sales and production

· Some computer literacy necessary such as Google calendar, Gmail, Microsoft Word & Excel

· Prefer someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, but not required.

Job Parameters:

· No experience necessary. Training is available.

· Approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. Hours are flexible. Some hours can be worked at home if desired.

· Would like attendance at a weekly meeting at noon on Friday.

Pay is comparable to industry standards
