As an outside sales estimator, you are a key team member upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for preparing estimates while growing new relationships.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, a people person, thrive in fast moving environments, are able to work independently with minimal supervision, enjoy driving around the local Philadelphia suburbs (no travel required), and are comfortable working with laptops and smart phones. You should have proven sales skills and be able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

Meet with customers in their homes and offices to estimate cost of services

Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email and text

Ensure that our customers’ needs and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal

Use technology as part of your daily routine - our processes are nearly paperless

Vast majority of high quality leads provided to you - almost no need for cold calling

Job Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented, daily interaction with measurements

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and supervision

Professional appearance and personality

Benefits: This position is NOT offered with medical or dental benefits at this time.

Commissions: This position is 100% commission based with expected income between $45k and $85k. Part time positions available too.
