    POSITION SUMMARY:

    This position is inside sales – primarily appointment based. The Account Manager advises service professionals on how they can use the company’s marketing products and services to achieve their overall business and growth objectives.

    The Account Manager is required to meet three expectations, 1) achieve his/her sales goals, 2) adhere to defined sales best practices, and 3) demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Guide clients through a prescribed sales presentation (30–45-minute conversation)
    • Conduct 25-35 sales presentations per week
    • 50-75 outbound calls per week (follow ups, client check ins, special projects)
    • Weekly meeting with manager, call reviews, and team sales meetings
    • Log calls, update opportunities, submit orders in Salesforce
    • Manage assigned opportunities to meet weekly deadlines

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years prior sales experience preferred
    • Ability to call and work directly with high performing service professionals within multiple industries
    • Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM (preferably Salesforce)

    COMPENSATION:

    In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, salary range is displayed – Salary Pay Range: $70,000 – $110,000 a year, comprised of base salary and commission.
