Responsibilities: • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Has a real estate license Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
