What You’ll Do:
Ref games in a fun, safe, and positive environment
Keep the game moving—manage time, score, and rules
Be a role model who teaches teamwork and good sportsmanship
Work with other refs and coaches to make game day run smoothly
Help players (ages 3–14) have a great experience
What We’re Looking For:
Someone confident, upbeat, and good with kids
Experience playing, coaching, or officiating football (bonus points, but not required—we’ll train you!)
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable and responsible—you’ll be the leader on the field
Available on Saturdays starting Sept. 20 at Potter’s House Church in Jacksonville, NC
