About the Role:

i9 Sports in Highland, CA is looking for an energetic and passionate Flag Football Coordinator to help bring the game to life for kids and families in our community! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your love of sports with the reward of creating a positive, fun, and safe athletic experience for youth players of all skill levels.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee weekly flag football leagues, games, and schedules

Ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for all youth participants

Communicate with parents, coaches, and volunteers regarding game-day logistics

Set up and break down fields, equipment, and game-day materials

Enforce i9 Sports rules, policies, and sportsmanship standards

Manage team rosters, player check-ins, and game-day operations

Resolve on-site issues and provide excellent customer service to families

Requirements:

Previous experience in sports coordination, coaching, or youth program management preferred

Strong knowledge of flag football rules and gameplay

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings during the season

Energetic, dependable, and passionate about youth sports

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

CPR/First Aid certification a plus
