    Job Description

    Summary/Objective

    We are seeking an organized and dependable person to join our team as Receptionist. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

    Hours: M-F 10am-6pm Essential Functions

    1. Greet visitors

    2. Answer phones and direct calls

    3. Answer questions about our company and services

    4. Relay messages in a timely manner

    5. Maintain Reception Area

    6. Process incoming mail

    7. Mail distribution

    8. Perform other administrative duties as needed Knowledge and Skills

    9. Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills

    10. Professional appearance and demeanor

    11. Ability to work individually and as part of a team; an intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Microsoft Office skills, i.e. Excel, Word plus Gmail, Google docs , Google calendar

    Education and Work Experience

    1. High School Diploma or GED preferred

    2. Experience in administrative functions or receptionist

    Work Environment

    1. Fast paced office environment

    2. High sense of urgency

    3. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

    4. Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments
