    Schedule:

    Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm). This position does require occasional afternoon shifts to cover delivery routes in the case that a courier is out sick or on vacation. The route will be rotated amongst all logistic clerks.

    The pay range $17-$23/hr.

    Job Summary

    Paradise Appliance Service is looking for a Warehouse/Logistics Clerk to join our team! As a Warehouse/Logistics Clerk, you are a key member of the team! You are responsible for helping technicians in finalizing Customer repairs by providing them with the required parts, tools, and feedback..

    This position is right for you if you are self-driven, detail-oriented, and can work in a high-speed, team environment. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

    Responsibilities

    Follow route and schedule

    Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

    Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle

    Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

    Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.

    Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints.

    Loading, transporting, and delivering items to technicians/ warehouse in a safe and timely manner.

    Qualifications

    Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    Able to use a computer to input data.

    Ability to multi-task and provide simultaneous support to multiple parties (Dispatch, Parts Department, Technicians, etc.). Ability to elicit support from peers, even those who are not direct reports.

    Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

    Must be able to stand and walk for an extended time.

    Organizational skills when arranging and cleaning.
