    As the Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting the lead agent and his team in all aspects of real estate except for those tasks which require an SC license to perform. The position is best suited for those with proven project management experience or traits that require attention to detail, calmness under pressure, and an ability to develop and implement administrative, marketing, and technology solutions as the team grows.  The position would be Monday -Friday. • System development, implementation, and management  • Information management  • Customer/vendor relations  • Leading administrative team members   Responsibilities: • Manage Customer Database • Implement Social Media Marketing, Event Planning, and Client Events • Point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints • Direct report to Team Leader • Responsible for hiring, training, and accountability of staff • Build, implement, and manage systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support • Update and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards Qualifications: • Prior Administrative experience  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Concerned about doing things the right way • Calm under pressure • Learning-based, growth-focused  • Proven Pattern of Success • Proficiency in IOS, Chrome, G-Suite, Firepoint, Boomtown. Compensation: $35,000 DOE
