Part-Time Position

Morning, Evening & Weekend Shifts Available 2–4 Shifts Per Week

Please Note: This is a year-round position and is not a summer-only job. We are seeking local residents, college students remaining in the area year-round, or individuals looking for long-term part-time employment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Front Desk Membership Advisor, you are often the first and last person our members and guests interact with each day. You will play an important role in creating a positive member experience while helping prospective members learn about our gym memberships, personal training services, and Recharge Lounge recovery amenities.

This position combines customer service, sales, and club operations in a fast-paced fitness environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a smile

• Conduct tours for prospective members and assist with membership enrollments

• Introduce prospective members to our membership options, personal training services, and Recharge Lounge recovery amenities

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

• Schedule complimentary SPARK Sessions with Flash Fitness Trainers

• Assist members with questions, requests, and concerns with a sense of urgency

• Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth club operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility

• Support membership growth through excellent customer service and sales efforts

• Educate members on the benefits of fitness, recovery, and wellness services offered by Flash Fitness

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and personable

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities

• Comfortable speaking with prospective members and recommending memberships

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed

• Previous sales, hospitality, customer service, or fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
