Job Brief We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Administrator to join our team. You will coordinate Flavor Insights' sales initiatives while collaborating effectively with the sales team. Our ideal candidate demonstrates impeccable communication (verbally and written), is well organized, and has excellent time management skills. The candidate thrives in a very fast-paced environment which requires quick adaptation and efficient turn-around. They will be able to juggle multiple projects at one time, complete all tasks by their indicated deadlines, and be an exceptional team player with remarkable interpersonal skills. Essential Functions * Update sales project management software (ProCIS) for sales team * Maintain sales pipeline on a timely basis * Enter sample requests and track to completion * Create commercial invoices for sample requests * Create formal price quotes * Back up sales order entries Knowledge/Skills * Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment * Must have good judgement and the ability to work independently Education/Experience * College or business school preferred. Work experience may substitute for college education * Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar * Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving * Background check (required) Company Description Flavor Insights provides flavor innovation from idea to finished product.
