Our client has been wildly successful since its beginning and we’re growing! They are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join their design team. Your primary role will be to research and design usable interfaces, perform usability testing, produce final visual assets, and create prototypes to validate design concepts.
The ideal candidate will have 3 key skills: UX, UI, and illustration. The candidate is not afraid to learn, break out of Web2.0 design conventions and create richer, more expressive designs that Web3 demands. The candidate will help mentor and lead other designers while completing their individual tasks.
Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a UX designer is expected to assume:
Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience
Participate in creating briefs and decks for new features
Systems design. Create reusable components
Research customers, competitors, and products
Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories
Work with stakeholders to identify requirements
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
Develop and implement usability testing
Design for accessibility standards
Create and maintain usability documentation
Work with developers to ensure product quality
Work closely with product managers and marketing to maximize customer success
Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications expected of a Sr UX designer:
Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a related field
Working knowledge of UX design principles
User interface design
Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
UX design tools such as Figma
Experience with user testing and usability analysis
Great communication skills and able to clearly articulate designs
Plus
Knowledge of NFTs, Web3
Motion Design experience such as video production and kinetic typography
Artist - Hand drawn Illustration skill, painting
3D modeling tools such as Maya, Blender
