Our company provides steel fabrication and erection construction solutions to sectors from medium to largescale institutional, industrial, and commercial projects.Flawless Steel Welding LLC. is seeking a full-service Construction Bookkeeper to perform accounting functions, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing, customer invoicing, and project-specific tasks at their Denver, Colorado location.Reporting to the President, the Bookkeeper is accountable for ensuring and maintaining the accounting functions are accurate and timely with individual tasks, including everyday accounting activities and providing office support to Dept Managers. Responsibilities:Perform bookkeeping duties using Foundation Software, including accounts receivable, payables, and union payroll.Complete payroll for administration and handle bank depositsProvide administrative support to upper management, including the Dept Managers and other office staff.Prepare invoices for clients.Maintain WIP reporting for all projects Collections calls as neededTax preparation and filings (corporate, payroll, etc.)Preparation of financial reports both for internal purposes and bank or institutional purposes. Bank reconciliationsFilings for payroll taxesProvide Job Costing reportsOversee Administrative Assistant staff members’ activity Draft minutes of any meeting for review by President Assist with miscellaneous projects as required.Greet visitors, answer and screen all incoming telephone inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff members. Prepare faxes, open and distribute mail, prepare couriers and maintain files. Manage filing system(s)RequirementsMinimum five (5) years of experience in an office with accounting-related duties.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Foundation accounting software experience is helpful. Motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organizedPossess excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Professionalism and team spiritExperience working in a fast-paced environment and high volume Self-directed; requires little to no supervision
