Position Overview

As a Fleet Brand Representative, you’ll serve as the face of zTrip within the community. Your mission is to ensure people understand who we are, what we offer, and why zTrip is the trusted choice for transportation. You’ll engage with potential riders and drivers, attend community events, build relationships with local businesses, and help elevate our brand in meaningful and impactful ways.

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Brand Representative:

• Promote zTrip services through community outreach, events, and local engagement
• Connect with potential customers and drivers to highlight the benefits of choosing zTrip
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
• Identify new outreach and promotional opportunities to expand brand visibility
• Support marketing initiatives and assist with distributing promotional materials
• Stay informed on local transportation trends and competitor activity
• Provide feedback and reporting on outreach efforts, engagement levels, and brand impact

Qualifications of a Fleet Brand Representative:

• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or community outreach preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident engaging with diverse audiences
• Strong understanding of customer needs and local market dynamics
• Ability to travel locally as needed
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
