    As our commercial business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Associate who knows how to develop commercial accounts, build lasting business relationships, and deliver fleet solutions that keep customers coming back.

    Pay Scale: Base hourly rate of $16.90, plus aggressive commission opportunities based on individual performance and overall results.

    Our Fleet Sales Associates commonly earn between $14,000 and $20,000+ per month, and that’s on average! This doesn’t include big sale months!

    What You'll Do

    Develop and grow commercial and fleet business throughout the Central Valley.

    Prospect, network, and cultivate new commercial accounts.

    Build long-term relationships with business owners, municipalities, leasing companies, and commercial customers.

    Coordinate fleet orders, vehicle specifications, deliveries, and follow-up.

    Maintain exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale.

    Manage customer accounts while identifying opportunities for future business.

    Stay current on manufacturer fleet programs and incentives.

    Meet and exceed sales goals while representing Future Ford of Clovis with professionalism and integrity.

    What We're Looking For

    Minimum 3 years of Fleet and Commercial Sales experience

    Proven track record of developing commercial accounts and generating new business

    Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills

    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

    Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

    Strong customer service focus

    Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

    Valid California Vehicle Salesperson License

    Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
