    Pittsburgh Transportation Group – Pittsburgh, PA

    Pittsburgh Transportation Group is looking for a full‑time Fleet Dispatcher to help coordinate and optimize our daily transportation operations. In this key position, you’ll manage fleet movements, assign drivers, oversee shuttle and charter routes, and ensure that all services run safely, efficiently, and on time.

    Available Shift

    Monday – Friday | 3:30 AM – 11:30 AM

    Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Dispatcher:

    As a Fleet Routing Dispatcher, you will:

    • Oversee daily shuttle and charter fleet operations
    • Plan, route, and coordinate transportation services according to policies and contracts
    • Assist with weekly driver schedules and make adjustments as needed
    • Serve as the primary communication point for drivers, providing support and direction
    • Monitor performance indicators and prepare daily operational reports
    • Assign vehicles and work with maintenance teams to schedule inspections and repairs
    • Communicate with customers regarding schedules, reservations, and general service inquiries
    • Accurately process bookings, changes, and cancellations
    • Partner with Safety & Training teams to ensure compliance
    • Respond quickly and professionally to customer feedback and service concerns

    What We’re Looking for as a Fleet Dispatcher:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of experience in dispatching, routing, fleet coordination, or transportation operations (preferred)
    • Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
    • Reliable, proactive, and collaborative work style
    • Commitment to excellent customer service
