    What You’ll Do as a Fleet Driver Recruiter:

    • Develop Effective Recruitment Strategies – Create and execute targeted plans to attract top driver talent
    • Achieve Hiring Goals – Meet recruitment targets that support fleet growth
    • Lead Outreach Efforts – Manage job postings, attend career fairs, engage with the community, and run online recruiting campaigns
    • Provide a Positive Candidate Experience – Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the hiring process
    • Conduct Driver Orientations – Lead onboarding sessions to prepare new drivers for success
    • Manage the Full Hiring Cycle – Oversee applications, background checks, contracting, and vehicle assignments
    • Stay Organized – Track candidate progress and generate accurate reports in the applicant tracking system
    • Support Driver Retention – Collaborate with the Retention Manager to ensure drivers feel supported and valued
    • Build Strong Internal Relationships – Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
    • Assist Where Needed – Support special projects and additional tasks as they arise

    What You Bring as a Fleet Driver Recruiter:

    • Recruiting Experience Preferred – Background in driver recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales is a plus
