The parking attendant is responsible for maintaining the parking lot (Lot A) and collecting payment from vehicles parking in Lot A. The parking attendant makes $7.25/hour plus tips, and commissions based on the number of vehicles parked.

Requirements:

· Ability to always be on time.

· Teamwork-oriented

· A neat, groomed, and professional personal appearance

· Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work on your feet for up to 10 hours and lift 30 lbs

· Organized and able to multi-task with attention to detail

· Ability to self-manage their time and task list.

· Ability to manage crisis in a calm and effective manner.

· Fortitude to effectively receive feedback.

· A working email address

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

· Collects payment from all vehicles parking in Lot A

· Keeps parking lot free of trash and debris

· Ensures parking signs are clean, visible, and well maintained.

· Boots vehicles parked illegally or without paying.

· Fills a support role and enjoys being part of a team.

· Attends all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.
