    Location: Sun Valley Preferably with Commercial Driver License

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    · Maintain detailed and organized records for all fleet vehicles, including repair history, registration, insurance, and inspections.

    · Assist in the scheduling of vehicle maintenance and inspections, ensuring all required work is completed on time.

    · Input and update data in fleet management systems, ensuring real-time accuracy of vehicle status, location, and performance.

    · Track vehicle availability and collaborate with operations staff to coordinate fleet assignments based on current operational needs.

    · Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance, costs, and compliance for management review.

    · Monitor and manage fuel usage, record expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

    · Ensure that all fleet vehicles comply with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining proper documentation for audits or inspections. Process paperwork for vehicle acquisitions, leases, transfers, and disposals, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

    · Communicate with external service providers to coordinate repairs and resolve any issues related to vehicle performance.

    · Assist in fleet-related audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    · Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and completeness in all tasks.

    Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple responsibilities without sacrificing quality.

    Physical Demands & Work Environment:

    Primarily office-based but may involve occasional trips to the fleet yard.

    Frequent use of computers, fleet management systems, and databases.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in transportation or logistics.

    Familiarity with route planning and scheduling software.
