  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    As a Fleet Maintenance professional, you’ll ensure every vehicle in the operation runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule through routine inspections, repairs, and diagnostics. Your expertise keeps the wheels turning and the team moving—literally powering the success of daily operations.

    • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all fleet vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
    • Diagnose mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs on engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
    • Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each vehicle to track maintenance history and compliance.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts, repairs, and outsourced services as needed.
    • Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory and safety standards, supporting smooth and compliant daily operations.

    Pay $25 - 30 / hour

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or certification in automotive or diesel mechanics preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet operations, with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
    • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance, including DOT regulations and vehicle inspection protocols.

    Working Conditions

    • While performing the duties of this job, the ​t​eam member is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

    Physical Requirements

    • While performing the duties of this job, the ​t​eam member is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel. Reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. The ​t​eam member frequently is required to stand and walk. The ​t​eam member must regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
