What You’ll Do as a Fleet Mechanic:

• Diagnose & Repair – Identify and fix mechanical and electrical issues across a wide range of fleet vehicles
• Preventive Maintenance – Perform routine services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire care
• Vehicle Inspections – Conduct thorough checks to catch problems early and recommend solutions
• Record Keeping – Accurately document all repairs and maintenance work performed
• Fleet Performance Support – Contribute to reducing downtime and extending the life of fleet vehicles
• Stay Current – Keep up with the latest tools, technologies, and techniques in fleet maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a mechanic, technician, or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
• Skilled with mechanical and electronic repair tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively
