What You’ll Do

• Recruit Strategically : Design and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified drivers
• Achieve Goals : Set clear hiring targets and work proactively to exceed them
• Lead Outreach : Launch creative campaigns to engage top driver talent
• Engage Candidates : Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
• Host Info Sessions : Conduct orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs)
• Streamline Onboarding : Guide applicants through the hiring process, from paperwork to vehicle assignment
• Track & Report: Maintain accurate records and share recruitment metrics with leadership
• Collaborate : Partner with the Retention Manager and internal teams to support driver success
• Build Relationships : Foster strong connections with drivers and staff to enhance retention
• Promote Culture : Contribute to a positive, service-driven work environment
• Support Growth : Assist with additional recruitment initiatives as needed
