    Pittsburgh Transportation Group is seeking a full‑time Fleet Routing Dispatcher to support and streamline our daily transportation activities. In this essential role, you’ll oversee fleet movement, schedule drivers, manage shuttle and charter routes, and ensure our services operate safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

    Available Shifts

    • Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Monday – Friday: 3:30 AM – 11:30 AM

    What You’ll Do as a Fleet Routing Coordinator:

    • Monitor day‑to‑day shuttle and charter operations
    • Plan, route, and coordinate trips in accordance with company policies and contract requirements
    • Assist with weekly driver scheduling and adjust assignments as needed
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers, offering guidance and operational support
    • Track performance metrics and prepare daily operational reports
    • Assign vehicles and coordinate with maintenance for inspections and repairs
    • Communicate with customers regarding schedules, reservations, and service inquiries
    • Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy
    • Collaborate with Safety & Training teams to uphold compliance standards
    • Respond promptly and professionally to service feedback and customer concerns

    What You Need as a Fleet Routing Coordinator:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of dispatching, routing, fleet management, or transportation operations experience (preferred)
    • Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational abilities
    • Dependable, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset
    • Dedication to delivering excellent customer service
