    Fleet Routing Coordinator – Evening OperationszTrip — North America’s Largest Taxi Transportation Provider

    zTrip is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Fleet Routing Coordinator to support nightly fleet activities. In this role, you’ll manage real-time operations, assign drivers, and provide support to both drivers and customers to keep service running smoothly during evening hours.

    This is a fast-moving position that requires strong communication, quick thinking, and the ability to balance multiple priorities throughout your shift.

    What You’ll Do as a Fleet Routing Coordinator:

    • Coordinate and assign drivers based on trip demand, availability, and scheduling requirements
    • Monitor ongoing trips and promptly address routing, service, or operational challenges
    • Communicate updates, route adjustments, and instructions clearly with drivers
    • Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and trip documentation
    • Provide evening administrative support, including assisting with customer and billing inquiries
    • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure efficient service delivery

    What We’re Looking for as a Fleet Routing Coordinator:

    • Experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, fleet coordination, or a related field preferred
    • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-driven in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
    • Professional communication when interacting with drivers, customers, and internal teams
    • Familiarity with dispatch or fleet management systems is a plus
    • Valid driver’s license required
