JEHM Enterprises is seeking a punctual and organized individual to join our team. As a Fleet Scheduler, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers with roll-off dumpster requests, creating daily schedules for the drivers and managing driver efficiency and safety compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate the transportation of roll-off dumpsters

Schedule and assign drivers for daily routes.

Track and monitor the progress of drivers.

Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Handle any issues or delays in delivery promptly and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and delivery status.

Utilize dispatch software and other online tools to optimize delivery routes and maximize efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.

Will cross-train on necessary skills of Scale Operator position for personnel coverage. (QuickBooks experience is a plus)

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; CDL preferred.

Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation operations.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in using online scheduling program and other relevant software.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety guidelines.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random testing

Full-time, Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
