Fleet Scheduling Coordinator – Keep zTrip Running Smoothly

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Fleet Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing operations team. In this crucial role, you’ll manage daily fleet schedules, coordinate driver assignments, and ensure smooth communication between drivers and support teams to keep our services running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign drivers based on location, availability, and demand
• Monitor fleet activity and performance in real time
• Communicate route details, updates, and changes to drivers clearly
• Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle usage, and assignments
• Respond promptly to service disruptions or emergencies
• Work closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet coordination
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with routing or dispatch software (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license required
