    Hours: Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM

    Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Scheduling Coordinator:

    • Fleet Dispatching: Effectively coordinate and dispatch fleet vehicles to meet customer demand.
    • Driver Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers, customers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
    • Schedule Management: Develop and oversee driver schedules to ensure optimal fleet coverage and timely service.
    • Issue Resolution: Quickly respond to operational challenges, emergencies, or last-minute changes.
    • Operational Tracking: Accurately document scheduling activities, vehicle movements, and service logs.
    • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding service to customers and ensure high satisfaction.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all scheduling and dispatch activities follow company policies and relevant transportation regulations.
