Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective strategies to attract and retain top driver talent.
• Goal Setting: Establish and achieve recruitment objectives to support operational growth.
• Campaign Management: Design and manage recruiting plans, marketing efforts, and outreach campaigns.
• Candidate Engagement: Respond promptly to driver inquiries and guide them through the hiring process.
• Orientation Coordination: Schedule and conduct onboarding and information sessions for prospective independent contractors.
• Process Management: Ensure applicants are processed quickly and efficiently, with completed contracts and assigned lease vehicles.
• Data Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems and update recruitment reports for performance tracking.
• Collaboration: Support the Retention Manager as needed and work closely with operations to maintain workforce excellence.
• Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with drivers and promote a positive, service-focused culture.
• Adaptability: Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in Recruiting , Sales , or a related field
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• A self-starter who’s willing to go above and beyond to meet goals
• Dependability and professionalism in all aspects of the role
